Billworm is built around a simple promise: your bill information stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
Information stored by Billworm
Billworm stores the information you enter, such as bill names, categories, amounts, due dates, payment status, paid dates, repeating schedules and notes. If you attach a photo or PDF, Billworm stores a protected copy with the bill on your device.
How information is used
Your information is used only to display your bills, payment history, upcoming forecasts and totals. If you enable reminders, Billworm uses Apple’s local notification system to remind you about due or overdue bills.
Collection, sharing and tracking
Samuel Che does not receive or collect your bill records or attachments. Billworm does not sell or share personal information, contains no third-party advertising or analytics, and does not track you across apps or websites.
Exports and backups
Billworm can create CSV, PDF and full-backup files when you request them. These files stay under your control and leave the app only when you choose a destination or share them. They may contain private bill and payment information, so keep them somewhere secure.
Bank information
Billworm does not connect to your bank and never asks for or stores bank usernames, passwords or other bank login details.
Your choices and retention
Records remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. Billworm asks for confirmation before deleting a bill. You can turn reminders off in Billworm or change notification permission in iPhone Settings. Deleting Billworm removes its locally stored records and attachments from that device.
Children’s privacy
Billworm does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else because it does not operate a data-collection service.

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the date above.
