HealthSync Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HealthSync ("the app"). By using HealthSync, you agree to these Terms.

What HealthSync is

HealthSync is a utility that reads sleep and workout data from Apple Health on your device and creates corresponding events on your Google Calendar. It requires your explicit permission to access both Apple Health and your Google account, and you can revoke either permission at any time.

Your responsibilities

• You must have valid Apple and Google accounts and comply with their respective terms of service.
• You are responsible for the security of the device on which HealthSync runs.
• You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access others' data, or use the app in violation of applicable law.

Health information

HealthSync displays and transfers your own health-related data at your direction. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Do not rely on HealthSync for clinical or safety-critical purposes.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data HealthSync accesses and how it is handled. Use of HealthSync is also subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Availability and changes

HealthSync is provided free of charge, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

HealthSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or inaccurate calendar entries.
