Can friends see my steps?
No. Friends can see only your companion’s name and appearance through an iCloud share.
What is stored for a friend code?
A temporary single-use code, its one-time iCloud invitation URL, and creation and expiry times. It contains no profile, health, activity, location, or contact data.
Looking for privacy details?
Your health data stays on your iPhone. Optional weather features use Apple Weather, and optional friend sharing uses your iCloud account without sharing steps or other health data.
