Level Up turns your habits into an RPG adventure. We store what is needed to save and sync your game, use it only to provide and improve the app, and never sell it.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your email address and a user identifier, used to create your account, sign you in, and restore progress across devices.
- Game content. The habits you create, training log, XP, levels, and other gameplay content stored in your account so your adventure is saved and synced.
- Product interaction. Basic information about how features are used, linked to your account and used to run and improve the game.
How your information is used
Your data is used to provide the app’s features, save progress, sync across devices, and improve the game. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Where your data is stored
Account and game data are stored with our cloud hosting provider using industry-standard security.
Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers that host and process data on our behalf, or where required by law.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us.
Children’s privacy
Level Up is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and the date above.
